Make sure that the amount of water before each meal is not less than two cups.
Reduce salt intake.
Keep away from soft drinks and sweetened juices.
Eat fruits and vegetables rich in water such as watermelon and lettuce.
Exercise daily.
Drink water when you feel hungry or fruit juices that carry large amounts of water.
Drink cold water to speed up metabolism.
Avoid excessive food and eating between meals.

Drink 3 cups of warm water before lunch
Lunch: 2 pieces of boiled chicken, medium rice dish, a glass of orange juice.
Drink 3 cups of warm water before dinner
Dinner: Toast slice, boiled egg, yogurt box.

the sixth day :

Drink 3 cups of warm water after waking up
Breakfast: 5 tablespoons of beans with lemon, my loaf of bread, a glass of skim milk
Drink 3 cups of warm water before lunch
Lunch: 5 pieces of grilled liver, slice of grilled toast, salad of vegetable salad
Drink 3 cups of warm water before dinner
Dinner: Toast slice, a piece of white cheese, a glass of apple juice

the seventh day :

Drink 3 cups of warm water after waking up
Breakfast: 1  bread, 4 tablespoons lemon.
Drink 3 cups of warm water before lunch
Lunch: vegetable salad dish, 1 slice of toast, 3 pieces of grilled meat.
Drink 3 cups of warm water before dinner
Dinner: Yogurt .
